TCA Team LLC
The TCA Team, a subsidiary of the Tile Council of
North America, was launched to address the growing demand for tile
installation consultations, inspections and expert witnesses.
The TCA Team consists of a group of independent,
professional ceramic tile and stone consultants located throughout
the United States and coordindated from a central office.
Consultants base their confidential evaluations
on:
- Installation methods outlined in the Tile Council
of America's (TCA) Handbook for Ceramic Tile Installation,
- American National Standards Institute's (ANSI)
and International Standards Organization's (ISO) specifications
for ceramic tile and installation (such as the ANSI A 137.1 and
ANSI A108/A118/A136.1),
- Testing methods approved by the American Society
for Testing and Materials (ASTM), ISO and ANSI, and
- Years of experience in the field.
When required, an independent laboratory is available
to test samples. The TCA Product Performance Testing Laboratory, one
of North America's leading ceramic tile testing facilities, conducts
testing for our analysis and confidential reports.
